Milena Wasinska is the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Public Safety and the Senior Vice President for Economic Opportunity at the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. In this role, she provides core administrative, coordination, and communications support for two of the organization’s flagship policy initiatives and their associated task forces.

Milena manages complex scheduling, task force convenings, executive correspondence, and meeting logistics, and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of public safety and economic opportunity programming. She works closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support meetings, events, travel, expense management, and the preparation and distribution of background materials.

Prior to joining the Civic Committee, Milena held roles in executive search and professional services, most recently as an Executive Search Coordinator at WittKieffer, where she supported senior‑level leadership searches, managed executive calendars, and prepared client‑facing deliverables.

Milena brings a strong foundation in executive support, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution. She is fluent in English and Polish and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Roosevelt University.
