Milena Wasinska serves as Coordinator, Economic Opportunity & Public Safety at the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, where she supports two of the organization’s flagship policy initiatives and their associated task forces. In this role, she manages scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and communications across a wide range of senior partners, including city and county leadership, task force co-chairs, and cross sector collaborators, ensuring these initiatives move forward efficiently and stay aligned with the Civic Committee’s broader mission.

Milena oversees complex scheduling, task force convenings, executive correspondence, and meeting logistics, playing a key role in the smooth execution of public safety and economic opportunity programming. She works closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings, events, travel, and expense management, as well as the preparation and distribution of background materials.

Milena brings a strong foundation in executive support, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution. She is fluent in English and Polish and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Roosevelt University.
