
Sarah Corbin
Sarah Corbin is the Policy Assistant for the Policy Team at the Civic Committee, focusing on its Transportation and Infrastructure initiatives. Sarah moved over to the Policy team after working as Executive Assistant to President Derek Douglas and Executive Vice President Dea Meyer.
Sarah is a keen urbanist and public transit advocate who wants Chicago’s trains to run on time.
Before working for the Civic Committee and moving to Chicago, Sarah worked for asset management firm PGIM Financial Limited (US firm: Prudential), and investment company Ingenious. Prior to working in corporate finance, Sarah worked as an ESL teacher, private tutor, and professional actor in London.
Sarah holds an honors degree in English and Drama from the University of Loughborough and a master’s degree from City University London. Sarah is originally from Dublin, Ireland and relocated to Chicago two years ago. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the theater, cycling, and travelling with her family.
